The service department did not call the next day and the vehicle was still in the service center. I called the service department and could not reach a technician. I had to leave several messages before receiving a call back and update on the vehicle. The vehicle was kept for three days with no services performed. More

Very Comfortable Environment This was my first visit to Family Hyundai for recalls and I will be returning for service. I got processed it fast and the service rep was really nic This was my first visit to Family Hyundai for recalls and I will be returning for service. I got processed it fast and the service rep was really nice. The waiting area was clean, comfortable and welcoming. They offered free coffee, donuts and Wi-Fi. I was maybe there for about 1 1/2- 2 hours. I will be back!! More

After market work We were told that FH would need the vehicle for 2 days for the ceramic coating and under side protection. Vehicle was done a day early.
