Poor communication with client. No followup. IT took over 3 months to fix my car. I was told my car was ready 1 week EARLIER only to find a week LATER that my are WAS NOT ready. I h No followup. I had to buy a new battery because IT sat so long; the gas light was on stating 3miles till empty (1/2 tank when stolen); and IT was still filthy/ trashed from the car thieves. Not only did they try to give me the car back in that condition, but they also wanted me to bring IT back on Monday to clean it. The attendant even questioned how dirty IT actually was! What kinda crap is that! Detailing my car Was part of the insurance claim that they were already paid for! What he felt was dirty was irrelavent. More
