1 - I was treated terrible as a customer, the service manager Michael made a racist comment to me over the phone and in person when I picked up my car on 5/2 after my car been repaired due to being stole manager Michael made a racist comment to me over the phone and in person when I picked up my car on 5/2 after my car been repaired due to being stolen. My engine seized up and I ended up needing a new one - they diagnosed the issue the same day I took my car in and within a few days had me in a rental which I understand was not a requirement but I apprec they diagnosed the issue the same day I took my car in and within a few days had me in a rental which I understand was not a requirement but I appreciated. I was told it would be 6-8 weeks for a new engine but I think I was back in my car in less than a month. It was a bad situation with my engine but Family Hyundai did everything within reason to help. Unfortunately I don’t know if I’ll be able to buy another Hyundai, but it won’t be because of Family Hyundais quality of service. More
