Had car for 4 days. Never kept us informed of status. We had to keep calling for updates. Service dept never answered, mailbox full, operator didn’t answer. Sat and waited another hour after 4 days to find out when they did the test drive found the same problem we brought it in for. Fixed a completely different $1200 issue, not the one we reported and wanted us to leave our car longer. Won’t be returning any time soon. More

After arriving I was told by another service person that they did not have time to repair my vehicle Even though the maximum work time would be an hour and a 1/2, The rest is history! You folks had me in-and-out With no BS.. Thank you More
