Family Hyundai is the best dealership I have ever dealt with We once tried another Hyundai dealership and we found them to be elusive, kind of sneaky and upset with us when we didn't want to buy the car they wer We once tried another Hyundai dealership and we found them to be elusive, kind of sneaky and upset with us when we didn't want to buy the car they were really pushing us to buy. I guess I am spoiled by Family Hyundai, from the day I bought my car; to all my maintenance and other visits, I have been treated like I am a member of the team for my car. Yesterday, I had an appointment for a oil change, and I asked for the 90,000 mile check-up. The Service member (Tom) who helped me explained the possible costs of certain items on the 90,000 mile check-up. He had told me over the phone how long it would take so I could set up a ride home and a ride there. I appreciate the feeling that this dealership is not trying to "pull one over on me". Dealerships have changed since the sixties and seventies when I bought my first cars. Family Hyundai makes me believe they have definitely changed for the better. Thank you Service team. More

I was given a courtesy car to go home with, I was called the next morning my car was fixed and ready for pick up. I appreciated the courtesy car, Tom was very courteous, concerned about the car's problem and gave me options to consider, My car is 14 years old and I've always had my service done at Family, hoping to keep it awhile longer.
