I truly don't understand it, I do feel like the dealership wanted to avoid whatever problem existed. I will have a hard time trusting this dealership again. Never had a particularly good experience at Hyundai, even when buying my used vehicle. Couldn't tell you who I worked with or who inspected my car, but I can assure you that they had poor quality control and attention to detail. More

(dropped car off Friday night) because they said it was a hugh job and required a full day! I called and called on Saturday no one ever picked up the phone or returned my voicemail. Only to find out service closes early on Saturday. Your service department did not look at the car till Tuesday only to tell me they did not have the part. We had to find a car so my husband could get to work on Monday! They said they would call me when the recalled part came in. After a week I had to call and they said they had the part. All this time Colin kept saying it was a hugh job when clearly on my letter from Hyndai said it should only talk a couple hours. We dropped the car off night before again and I asked if the car would be ready the following day and he said he hoped so because they were having a Christmas party that day. Very inappropriate answer to a customer. More
