I was told my tires measured 1 mm all the way around. Essentially this reading means there are no treads on them similar to racing slicks. I measured them 3 times with a depth gauge and found them to be between 5 mm and 6 mm which is at the bottom of the green on my depth gauge. This is too large of a discrepancy to be an honest error. I felt this was an attempt to upsell me on tires and an alignment that I clearly don’t need at this time. The tires only have 17,500 miles on them. I gave Ferman a try to earn my business since Reeves like to drive my car for 10 to 15 miles after an oil change stating they have to warm the car up…again a bunch of baloney. Not all BMW owners are clueless about car repair. More

Additionally, Scott the Finance Director was very creative in his financing approach when I was a little short on the downpayment and suggested I apply for the BMW credit card which has a 0% interest for the first 12 months as opposed to putting the downpayment on one of my existing credit cards at a 24% rate.
