Loaner car program not what it is supposed to be I have had to return my car 2 x and while the technicians and flow of the center is top notch, the loaner cars have both times been much less than wha I have had to return my car 2 x and while the technicians and flow of the center is top notch, the loaner cars have both times been much less than what I own. Spa Day for my BMW Brought my BMW M235i in for a complete detail. I notice a couple of scratches on my left front fender and my advisor James Whately brought in his pain Brought my BMW M235i in for a complete detail. James did a great job for me. I highly recommend James Whately and his service department. More

I LIVE A BLOCK FROM REEVES & CAME TO FERMAN BMW After 3 BMW purchases from Reeves I walked in to Reeves with my trade-in and the dream of owning a new luxury-Line 2019 BMW X3 but was received with s After 3 BMW purchases from Reeves I walked in to Reeves with my trade-in and the dream of owning a new luxury-Line 2019 BMW X3 but was received with some of the coldest sales tactics, so I drove almost an hour to Ferman to get a second opinion. Robert Chodorowski (Sales Rep) was the most transparent person I’ve ever met. We sat at Roberts desk past business hours searching every X3 on the lot till we came up on a beautiful X3 with all the sauce. Between Phil and Robert they made me feel as if I was the only sale for the month and did what felt like the impossible to get me the deal I felt I deserved. I am a customer for life and look forward to future purchases. Please if your looking for a car make sure to get Robert & Phil in your corner. More

Unresponsive My car failed to start or even display any electrical activity. We tried to jump the battery but still no response. When I called, the service tech ma My car failed to start or even display any electrical activity. We tried to jump the battery but still no response. When I called, the service tech made no suggestions on what the problem could be so I said I would get it towed and was told that was fine. When the tow truck came he couldn’t get the car into neutral and we tried for 30 min. To get someone in the service or repair depts to pick up. No one picked up and despite messages and the phone operator said she sent emails we never got a single call back! The tow guy finally got the car in neutral after 45 min. And having another tow truck come out to carry it a different way. When I arrived, my usual service tech recommended I try my other key fob. No offer of a loaner car was made so I rented a car from Enterprise and drove home to get my other fob. My car started immediately. So basically I paid for a tow and rental car because I received little or insufficient help from you all. More
