As this was an out of state, sight unseen purchase, I relied on the team to represent the car accurately. And they did with multiple calls and a detailed FaceTime video tour of the car. Super easy. There was a slight discrepancy in the numbers and I took a chance on reaching out after hours and was amazed to have reached Aaron who then resolved the issue and everything was finished up the next day electronically.
