Tire service I had a flat tire at work and apparently my tire is not available locally and needs to be ordered. After multiple phone calls with Derrick I finally towed my car to the dealership. Derrick provided me a thorough explanation about my fidelity coverage and how it works. The next day when I picked up my car I didn’t have to pay for anything. I can’t be more happy and satisfied with his excellent customer service.
