Poor services actions The service area is less then service . They may have a service attitude but the service action lacks. Sale Mr Bob Annis us awesome. I don't know names if any service crew they were not offered. One time waited over 3 hours when told it would beho7r and a half. Secondly , I had a key that I was untold was no good and they could not fulfill recall on computer with it. They said they had to order new one. I went back when I was notified jey was in and then was told they could not do it because they needed the ibe that was nit working. They should have told me to it to bring it back too. Now I have to do another 18 mile one eye trip with dead key. More

Our Salesman Dave Soto was very easy to work with and knowledgeable of the car we were shopping for. We went to the dealership on a Sunday afternoon just to kick some tires and possibly trade in our 2009 BMW X5. By Monday afternoon we were driving home in a new X3. Scott Douglas in Finance was also great to work with , no surprises , very efficient . Alex Villarreal from the BMW Genius explained more of the technical details of this ' computer on wheels' and we were on our way. We've only owned this vehicle for a few days but we can honestly say that the purchasing experience was hassle free and we highly recommend this team. More
Frustrated My “Drive Train” light kept coming on & my car was in the shop for a week. Three days later that same “repaired” issue is again a problem!
