Not impressed! Had a rear tire on my 2019 BMW X3 penetrated by a screw and needed a replacement tire. The vehicle was towed to the dealership which informed me that Had a rear tire on my 2019 BMW X3 penetrated by a screw and needed a replacement tire. The vehicle was towed to the dealership which informed me that the tire was on backorder with a 4 week delivery time. They claimed they had checked all over the US and no tire was available so I had to wait. It took me 15 minutes to find the tire online on tire rack and I had it shipped to myself. The tire was received the next day and I delivered it to the dealership for installation. Not impressed at all. More
