Ferman BMW

Very dissatisfied. too costly too often. Unlike any other I have had a total of four BMWs in the last 27 years and I have spent more time and money in less than two years than the last three combined. The service individual says that because of high mileage or unknown when parts will wear out. While true, all three of my three previous BMWs had 125,000, 117,500 and 138,000 miles respectively and if I add all the maintenance and repair bills, it won't add up to the amount I have spent at Ferman. I have essentially purchased a used auto with the costs. I have been a loyal BMW customer for almost three decades, my entire military career. I will not buy another BMW! More
