He helped teach me how to use the system on my 335 and then as he got promoted to sales, helped me with leasing my X2. He has still been the same and helpful and very attentive to my needs. I appreciate the service he’s given me through the years and would recommend him to anyone. More

Was told to wait in lobby and someone would be with me shortly, I am a physician and just wanted to drop off the car for the problems noted when making the appt. Doug Wilder never called with an update and finally my wife called at 1pm only to find out they were doing diagnostics four hours after it had been at the dealership. 4pm I called for an update and never received a call back from Doug. But he did text our home phone number erronously. At 6 pm I called the service department and that person could not find our car to be in the system at all. 8:15 am 11/17 Doug called to let us know that our batter was faulty and we needed two tires. I told Doug we had just purchased a new battery two weeks earlier from AAA and subsequent to his observation they came to our home and provided us with a testing print out of the battery showing it was in excellent shape. In the future we will neither purchase a new BMW or have it serviced at Ferman BMW due to the LACK of honesty, competence, and communication that we experienced. I will not recommend your facility to any of our friends who are considering a purchase or service. More

Did not go I traded a 2000 corvette in on my new 2008 corvette. I smelled gas when I left the dealership but figured it was a overfill kind of issue. Did not go away so after having the car checked on a lift we found the fuel tank had been leaking for awhile. That should have been obvious during the inspection process. I knew the car had a scratch on the drivers rear fender but found much more damage down low on rear quarter panel when we had it on the lift. Fuel issue is around $2000, and body damage was quoted at $1500. To $2000. To repair. I am not a happy customer. Jeffers More

My experience was again outstanding and even better this time. Based upon my purchase history with this dealer, they knew my expectations of the deal and delivered on the first offer. Having done the research on the purchase price of the new car and my trade, I was prepared to move on a fair deal, which they beat on the first counter. Brian was always available for test drives for my wife and for texting details of the car and eventually the purchase. After the purchase I added body options through the service department and had an equally pleasurable experience. Thank you Ferman BMW! More

Drove an hour to get the car to the dealership the Thursday night before for the 7:45 am Friday "appointment" and after about a 30 minute wait in the customer lounge, I had to ask for a service advisor. Stefanie, who was very apologetic told it would be ready Friday evening and she would call me with an update and if ready, I could pick it up until 6:15 pm. that evening. I had heard nothing on Friday, so I called them around 3:00 pm Friday afternoon to confirm the car would be ready that evening and was told they hadn't started the work yet and.that the 7:45 am "appointment" wasn't a service appointment, but a time to bring the car in. I've never heard of such a thing, but maybe that's common these days. In any event the car wasn't finished. Since it was Friday, that meant they would have the car over the weekend, and would not be able to start work until the following Monday. On Monday they called to say that the warranty part in question was tested and it did in fact fail so they would replace it, However, they would need to order the part, which would not be in hand until Tuesday. So what should have taken a maximum of 2 days, took 5. Stefanie was very nice and did text me a couple of times on Monday and Tuesday with updates. Not the most efficient scheduling process, however.
