We saw a few minor cosmetic issues that we didn’t like, especially when buying a +$40K vehicle, and although it stated “sold as is”, Tom brought it to the managers attention, and they are taking care of it, even provided us with a loaner SUV while fixing the problems. Best car buying exercise I’ve ever had, and I can really recommend Tom Berges and Ferman BMW, will definitely purchase from them again. More

Great car! Nice Dealership! Lazy salesman! For the most part the sale was fine. The car is great and in almost perfect condition. I notified the salesman as we were looking at the car that the left rear tire was 5 psi lower than the others. He said he would get it checked out. After finishing with fianance (Joe Cleaver) great guy by the way... I had to track down the young salesman in his office after he asked me to text him when I finished. I had to run through the rain to the other office where he was talking to another employee and I had to weight for them to finish there conversation. I swapped my stuff out into my new car and left as I was already late for an appointment. As I stopped at a long light I checked to make sure the tires had been checked and inflated properly. It showed the same as before. I then called the salesman and his response was “ I looked and all the tires showed green so they should be good. Also the badging on the back of the 328d was missing. When I asked about it he stated that the previous owner had it ordered to not have the badging “328d” on it. After getting home I found the individual badge numbers and letters in the trunk. With the old glue on them. All in all I am still very happy so far with the car and staff that took care of me other than the salesman. He definitely needs some more training. More

Several bad experiences I brought my car in for recall regarding the back up camera and now the car runs terribly slower. They are constantly unable to solve problems. Their computers were down when I dropped my 2019 540 with 7000 miles and I had to wait 30 minutes b/c the service writer wasn’t sure if I was in warranty...Really and I’m going to trust my car to you??? In regards to this purchase, from first contact I made to full delivery of the vehicle 1000 miles away, my questions were answered, I was treated with utmost professionalism and made to feel my business was of the utmost importantance to this dealer. This is rare these days especially since I am.not a local resident and this purchase could be construed as a one time deal. My sincere hope is this review will help others decide to conduct business with Ferman, and Mr. Macdonald in particular. Not impressed! Had a rear tire on my 2019 BMW X3 penetrated by a screw and needed a replacement tire. The vehicle was towed to the dealership which informed me that Had a rear tire on my 2019 BMW X3 penetrated by a screw and needed a replacement tire. The vehicle was towed to the dealership which informed me that the tire was on backorder with a 4 week delivery time. They claimed they had checked all over the US and no tire was available so I had to wait. It took me 15 minutes to find the tire online on tire rack and I had it shipped to myself. The tire was received the next day and I delivered it to the dealership for installation. Not impressed at all. More
