Fix locked hood I brought in my car to have a jammed hood unlocked, top up washer fluids and so an oil change. After diagnosis my asvisor sent me a list of items thag could also be fixed. I asked to come back to fix them since I did not have the $3200 being requested. I expected that since they had the hood unlocked, they would complete the oil change, top up washer fluods and remove some inspection warnings that were appearing. None of this was done and I picked up my car teo daya later in the same state I had brought it in. Very disappointed! More

Not happy this visit I was very dissatisfied with the communication from my service advisor, Doug. I dropped my car off on a Friday and he said he would stay in touch. How I was very dissatisfied with the communication from my service advisor, Doug. I dropped my car off on a Friday and he said he would stay in touch. However, he did not. Saturday and Sunday I had to text him before the end of his shift to get an update. Monday I texted him and got no response. I later found out he was off, however, he didn’t hook me up with another advisor. I called the service department directly only to receive voicemail both times. I left a message with no response. I had to actually contact my dealer, Steve Venden in the afternoon to get an update and finally find out my car was ready. My prior visit my advisor was Jennifer and she was a much stronger communicator and a pleasure to deal with. Cherice Byler More
