Ummm...not a good sign. So much for that part of the sales pitch. I'm keeping my expectations regarding service at this dealership to a minimum. This sales experience was for the purchase of a new MINI, not a BMW. More

The two ladies who work in loaners, they were super sweet and did everything they could last minute. Getting into sales, Robert was so patient with answering all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with it all. With finance, Scott was also so helpful and made sure I wasn’t upside down on my loan. Bottom line, I enjoyed my experience and I wouldn’t second guess going back. Thank you guys soooooo much. More

Bad service I took in my 2018 bmw 230 I brand new for a flat tire change When I picked up the vehicle I noticed a lot of grease on the wheel where the tire and I took in my 2018 bmw 230 I brand new for a flat tire change When I picked up the vehicle I noticed a lot of grease on the wheel where the tire and the wheel connect when I got home I wiped it off and notice a damage on my wheel I don’t understand why they covered it up? I have wheel and tire protection. This wheel was brand new now it has damage on it when they put a tire on I want this dealership to provide me with a brand new wheel and replace it at no charge. Communication was adequate-repairs were not 100% Hood was left unlatched and car pulls to the right-no test drive could have been done after work!
