Right car - right salesman & right dealer I needed to find a specific Mini for my wile. I contacted Ferman online and Jack to over. He had the car and held it on the last day of the month unt I needed to find a specific Mini for my wile. I contacted Ferman online and Jack to over. My issues returned days after they were "fixed" Ferman BMW was the nicest dealership I have ever been to. My problems are from the service I received. After paying over $400 for my two car issues to Ferman BMW was the nicest dealership I have ever been to. My problems are from the service I received. After paying over $400 for my two car issues to be remedied, they returned within a week. Not sure why they failed to be fixed, but I had to return again to another dealership location to have my car issues resolved. More
