Seamless buying transaction I bought my car from Alex (I guess there is two so the Russian one) he was polite accommodating and helped me through the entire process 10 out of 10. I have bought a lot of cars and I wish they were all from him. The only issue I ran into is after sale, the dealership didn’t update my maps and wanted to charge me a large amount. After talking to another dealership I guess that’s standard. My steering wheel is a bit off center and I’m having difficulty finding someone at Ferman who cares about this tiny but annoying issue as much as me. Over all great dealership and ask for Alex! More
