Perfect Marc was great. My dog had gotten sand into the bluetooth controller so it wasn't working properly. They diagnosed the problem and cleaned out the san Marc was great. Purchased 2019 Mini Countryman S ALL4 While researching many different automobiles we narrowed our search to 2 vehicles. At that time a Mini was not really on the list. My wife owned a Mini Cooper she bought new at Ferman Mini in 2006. We went there solely to make some part of the car shopping fun. (Let's just go test drive a nice car) We were looking at a Toyota Rav 4 and a Subaru Forester both all wheel drive. We found a Clubman we liked and met Ryan George, the nicest and best informed vehicle salesman I have ever met. We made a preliminary deal on the Clubman, we returned the next day to complete the deal and pick it up. However we didn't feel it was the "right" car. I drove the Countryman S and it was clear we needed to re-evaluate our plan. We bought the 2019 Mini Countryman S ALL4. My Experience Leasing My wife and I leased a car yesterday... First, I should say that buying or leasing a car has never been an “enjoyable” experience for me. I have My wife and I leased a car yesterday... First, I should say that buying or leasing a car has never been an “enjoyable” experience for me. I have had one or two times in my life when the experience was “OK” and I didn’t walk away feeling disgruntled but that’s about as far as it goes for me. Yesterday, however, was completely different than anything I have experienced before. I actually enjoyed my experience from start to finish and left with a huge smile on my face. Here’s what happened: When we arrived we really just wanted to take a few minutes and browse the inside models as well as some of the models we were interested in on the lot outside by ourselves without having to attend to anyone hounding us with a million questions and stepping on our heels. The staff was not only perceptible enough to sense it but respectful enough to encourage it. As soon as we had a question however, someone was ready to assist. We worked with Mary Keller. If I had to name a single factor that made my experience amazing it would be her. She was laid back and made us instantly feel comfortable but at the same time she was eager to jump through any hoop for us. I could tell that she genuinely wanted to make us happy and it made me feel good. Plus, she kept us laughing the whole time. She introduced us to everyone at every step of the way through the process and made us feel as if we were VIPs. Everyone she introduced us to made us feel the same way. She introduced us to Alex who was literally a tech genius and able to answer some very specific tech questions, the sales manager Alan who took the time to come by more than once to check on us, and Scott from finance who workwd us trough the signature process in record time (I have never seen anyone that efficient with paperwork). As we left, I was so appreciative of the way I was treated and the effort everyone made to make our experience what it was that I decided to write this review and had Mary write down everyone’s name so I was sure I had them correct. To all of you that helped me and my wife yesterday I am grateful. To anyone considering buying or leasing a car I think you will be well served. After yesterday, I personally won’t ever go anywhere else. More
