Have been a customer for over 20 plus years. Have always received exceptional service and was even offered a loaner vehicle. I travel from Valrico (40+ miles) to go to this dealership because Have always received exceptional service and was even offered a loaner vehicle. I travel from Valrico (40+ miles) to go to this dealership because they have always been perfect. Last visit, no loaner vehicle program and a simple oil change took almost 4 hrs. I'm putting down this bad experience to the current economic landscape and labor market. More
