Received an error message “drive train malfunction, drive moderately and see your service center”. Took it to Ferman BMW and they found there was a fault with my cooling fan per the computer codes. Left the car at the service center and after 1.5 days was told they found a faulty wire on the connector to the cooling fan. Final results were $86 in parts to repair and $1,400 labor cost! They also charge 3% if you want to pay with a credit card. First time I ever had to pay with a debit card to avoid the extra charge of using my credit card! They did wash and vacuum my car but didn’t feel the total cost was worth it and will look for another repair facility next time. More

When I made the appointment on the phone I was told I would have a loaner. When I got to the service desk, early for my appointment I was told there were no loaners left. Since I had other appointments I had to get that mornI had to reschedule. I came back for the next and it was fine, except I am not happy with the changes they made to my dashboard. I liked the former display and cannot get it back despite pressing the very setting and looking in the owners manual. The tech genius helped with another issue but this one I didn’t notice until I was driving. More
