Horrible. I brought my 2007 BMW into service, to have the a/c diagnosed. I was informed there were 2 problems with the a/c. I had those fixed, and the a/c was still not working. I looked at the paperwork the a/c diagnosed. I was informed there were 2 problems with the a/c. I had those fixed, and the a/c was still not working. I looked at the paperwork I was given. They had the wrong VIN #, Car, and mileage. I called to see what could be done to have this corrected, and the “customer service” I received was HORRIBLE! They said it was not their problem it was not fixed. After spending hundreds of dollars from being told from your service department that this is what is wrong and it was not. Why should I have to pay for a diagnostic when the information they gave me was incorrect from day 1. Very rude, unprofessional, and horrible customer service. I was told I would Get a call back and here we are 2 weeks later and still no phone call. I would not recommend the service department. More
