To Pushy Yes, I would recomend Ferman BMW... I will tell everyone that your sales team is Awesome. I will tell everyone your mechanics are Top Notch. Howev Yes, I would recomend Ferman BMW... I will tell everyone that your sales team is Awesome. I will tell everyone your mechanics are Top Notch. However, I will warn everyone that your service advisers are to pushy. I understand sales. However when a customers says No... tell your service advisers that No Means Backoff! Instead they don't give up. And in the past they've tried to sell me things I don't need. That is not professionalism. Ferman has everything going for them. Get one bad team (serve advisers) and it can ruin the entire reputation of the company. FTA More

No more MINIs On my second Mini and loved them for 7 years. Now ready to trade in, also needed brakes, tires. Had confusion and miscommunication during prior servic On my second Mini and loved them for 7 years. Now ready to trade in, also needed brakes, tires. Had confusion and miscommunication during prior service appts x 2. Way over-charged to top off fluids. Went elsewhere and spent half the amount for tires and brakes. Was told by mechanic there that someone had missed properly securing one wheel and wasn’t all the way bolted on!?! That put me at risk for accident. I called but I don’t think anyone believed me. You can call the other mechanic to verify. NO MORE MINIs for me after this dismal experience. Disappointed, Deirdre (Wells) Enzor More
