PREOWNED WARNING!!! Do your homework! Bring your own mechanic before purchasing a preowned Mini from this dealership. The salesman and manager will tell you ... we would Do your homework! Bring your own mechanic before purchasing a preowned Mini from this dealership. The salesman and manager will tell you ... we would not sell a used mini unless it passes our inspections. We make sure the car is up to our standards. I call that a LIE! Purchased used in February and in May the convertible top stops working ( I get mechanical malfunctions can happen) but... when on the lift the tech states you have a seal leak and you need new belts and new seal. Just shy of $500. Confirms that’s not new! The top repair is $4,000. 🙀. xxxx no. The manager would not do at least the seal and belt repair and split the cost. Nothing. They offered nothing. I took the car and it now sits in my garage. Never again a Mini from this dealership. More

Nick could use some training I had an appointment with Nick at 7:30 to drop my car off before work. When I arrived at 7:30 nick was not there yet and I was told to go wait and he I had an appointment with Nick at 7:30 to drop my car off before work. When I arrived at 7:30 nick was not there yet and I was told to go wait and he should be in to work soon. He never came so thankfully another nice gentleman helped me out. Nick text later in the day to apologize for not being there and told me my car would be ready at 3:30 to pick up. I showed up at 4:30 and shocker, Nick was not there again and my car was not ready. Again some nice other workers helped get it finished and washed as quick as possible so I could get out of there. Morale of the story - don’t book an appointment with Nick. More
