First service: excellent customer service From beginning to end, Ferman BMW service center exhibited courtesy and professionalism. My vehicle service ran longer than expected so I was given a From beginning to end, Ferman BMW service center exhibited courtesy and professionalism. My vehicle service ran longer than expected so I was given a loaner. The service finished on time and I was informed that I could return the loaner and pick up my vehicle at my leisure. The vehicle return process took seconds and I was back in my car in my in minutes upon arriving. It would be nice if this customer service model spread throughout more industries. More

Poor customer service communication My vehicle was towed 3 times to the dealership due to poor communication. At one point I felt a small display of descrimination and it was surrounded My vehicle was towed 3 times to the dealership due to poor communication. At one point I felt a small display of descrimination and it was surrounded by a money factor. My car was found to have been in a service colission where someone backed into something. Battery Dilemma Service advisor tried wanted to sale us a battery until she found out car was still under factory warranty. Once it was determined car was under warra Service advisor tried wanted to sale us a battery until she found out car was still under factory warranty. Once it was determined car was under warranty We were told by Jamie that we really didn’t need a new battery only needed to charge the old battery but after numerous phone conversations With management we did receive a new battery at no cost. Adding insult to injury occurred when we picked up our car. Jamie didn’t have the professional courtesy to greet us and apologize for the confusion, nor did she confirm car had received the courtesy wash she had offered when we checked in. Prior to this event we were completely satisfied with Ferman BMW, now not so much and will probably never visit any Ferman dealerships. Needless to say we are very unhappy! More
