great tint! I dropped off my car at Ferman Mazda Countryside to be delivered to Ferman BMW to get the tint. While the service at Ferman Mazda, was less than satis I dropped off my car at Ferman Mazda Countryside to be delivered to Ferman BMW to get the tint. Great customer service I was unable to take my Mini in for service. The service tech - Courtney - sent me the form I needed to fill out and send with the tow truck driver. S I was unable to take my Mini in for service. The service tech - Courtney - sent me the form I needed to fill out and send with the tow truck driver. She then was excellent at keeping me posted on what was going on. Then when my car was ready, she was very helpful in making it easy for my friend to pickup the car for me. Courtney was simply excellent. I hope I don't need their services any time soon, but if I do I know I can trust them for great customer service. More
