On par with other BMW Service Centers I have brought my X3 in for service several times. In general, I don't find them any better or worse than other BMW service centers I have used. They resolve the issue/do the work, cover my seat but not the steering wheel and charge about the same as the other BMW centers I have used. The service advisors are friendly and keep me posted of the status of my service work though this time I didn't see my name and status on their wall mounted display during the time I was in the waiting area, possibly it was displayed while I had their service loaner. The waiting area is comfortable and they offer coffee, bagels, magazines, etc to help pass the waiting time. Upon completing the paperwork for borrowing one of their service loaners, they took me around the loaner car and inspected it for dents, scrapes, etc but this was not done for my car before they took it from me and drove it to their service garage. Each and every time I have borrowed one of their service loaner cars, I have had to ask them to clean it before taking it. This last time there was a used zip lock sandwich bag in the back seat floor that had sandwich remnants in it, crumbs on the back seats and the front center console and a lot of oily finger prints on the center console, dash and steering wheel. I waiting while someone vacuumed. A multipoint inspection was performed but the written results were not offered to me upon checkout and I neglected to ask for them in writing before leaving. I contacted them when I got home and asked for it and received it via email but the price they charged me at the dealership did not match the "Automobile Status Report" sent to me. It differed by about $200. When I called to inquire about it, the reason was explained but this was confusing and should not have happened in the first place. I like the fact that they wash my car before returning it to me however, its a poor wash job every time, still I appreciate the effort. The previous visit was for an oil change and a few other things. Upon receiving the car back, I left the dealership and had driven about 10 miles when I used the iDrive to look at the engine oil level and it displayed low. I turned around and brought the car back, they took it back in the shop and told me the oil level sensor was defective and replaced it. Why wasn't checking the oil level via the cars display not part of the verification prior to releasing the car to me? So in summary, as I previously stated, my experience at this dealership is on average with the other BMW Service Centers I have used. More
Poor service Took 3 days to check the car. Did not get the evaluation cost roled into the repair cost. The car was dirty on the mat when picking it up, so it Took 3 days to check the car. Cortney was better, but the guy needs some training, or another position that do not require customer interface. More

My car was having mtiple warnings for different systems all of a sudden, late on a Friday night Jamie got me booked for service and arranged for a loaner on a very busy Saturday morning when my main service advisor Nick Hawk was off. Nick communicated promptly Monday morning with explanation, proposed service and exact estimate. The service was done the same day and another potential issue needing attention in the near future identified. More
