2 hours for an oil change seems excessive. I have had different experiences depending on which vehicle I bring in. Not certain I would feel comfortable having my daughter visit this service ce I have had different experiences depending on which vehicle I bring in. Repair prices seem to be overpriced and I question whether it is a tactic to try to get me to purchase a new vehicle or just gouging by commission based service department. If you are under warranty, Ferman is fine, if not, you likely are getting overcharged. Being told not to rotate tires, when all 4 are the same size didn't sound right. I don't get a warm and fuzzy integrity / golden rule feeling from this place. More
