Sales staff and Finance were good to work with. The exception being my paperwork says 4 miles and when I looked at the odometer myself the next day it was 508. I am absolutely embarrassed that I decided to take my vehicle to Ferman for service ! No communication, thy lie, no follow up calls, etc, etc .!! I've been to the dealership so much for an unresolved iss vehicle to Ferman for service ! No communication, thy lie, no follow up calls, etc, etc .!! I've been to the dealership so much for an unresolved issue that I feel like an employee now. I had to rent two cars because they scheduled me to leave my car but didn't have the part needed. Unnecessary car rental for me and still didnt get my car fixed plus they claim to not have loaner cars. You're a dealership....!! Service is absolutely horrific and needs to be shut down for retraining on customer service. Thank you Ferman for a waste of my time and money....!!! More
