I was on my way to buy a ford and stopped by Ferman Chevy to compare the Traverse with the Bronco. Mel and Cody did an amazing job at highlighting how the traverse met my needs that I couldn’t pass up the op to compare the Traverse with the Bronco. Professional, knowledgeable friendly and a GREAT listener. He gave me choices and explained the changes in the Equinox from 2024 to’25. He did not push me one way or the other and after two days he was ready to show us the three cars we had chosen from the website he answered every question that we had. He knew his products forward and backward! This is why we will be back when we trade my 2019 Equinox for a newer one. More

Booked an oil change and recalls. .. Was charged 2x the amount listed on web site when booking. Was also charged for some kind of gas treatment, didn't want. Was also charged for ti ..
