This was worst experience I have EVER had when it comes to competency and or integrity. I took my car there to get new rotors, brakes and a wheel alignment with the thought in mind that the best work would to competency and or integrity. I took my car there to get new rotors, brakes and a wheel alignment with the thought in mind that the best work would be done at the dealership. What a huge mistake. These idiots damaged the plug on the hub bearing assembly causing my ABS and Stabilitrak alerts to come up the very next day. I know they did this because Steve told me of all of the alarms that were going off which he blamed on my battery. They somehow half xxx patched it up and sent me on my way well after closing time. The next day I was driving along and the alarms started going off. With those types of alarms, the cars goes into a "limp" mode. I was able to jog the car home and then identified the issue with a quick YouTube video. The plug was not fully seated and appeared to be pulled apart at the area where it clips in. I did my best to secure it with a zip tie as it wouldn't snap in any longer. I then turned the car on and the alarms were gone. I knew it was a temporary fix but at least I know what the issue is. The next day it went out on me again which prompted me to call Steve. He told me they were busy and he couldn't guarantee they could see me. I was supposed to be leaving for a trip in a few days with this car and now had to make other arrangements. I needed better guarantees than that I would be seen so I made an appointment the day after I was set to return on 3/6 so they could make this right. Upon arrival I was very upset as I couldn't believe how they could send me out in the first place with a vehicle they HAD TO KNOW was not right. I told Steve exactly what was wrong and left. Steve called back several hours later and said that what I said was not the issue and they were still trying to diagnose the issue. I was extremely upset and hung up on him after telling him to call me back with the problem. Then, an hour or so later another guy called back, identifying himself a the lead technician, telling me that I have a bad transmission and I should either replace with a new one or trade the car in as-is and put it towards another vehicle. I then said I would be there in 20 minutes to pick it up. Unsurprisingly, neither of those 2 cowards were there. I grabbed the keys and left. What a joke. Mr. Technician guy telling me on the phone how he wants to help me. What a lying xxxxin xxxxxxx piece of xxxx. Either that or he is completely incompetent as I was able to order the $35 part on Amazon and have it installed. Problem solved. The fact that this idiot was either unable to identify this issue, especially after handing it to him on a silver platter, or he used the limp mode feature to conjur up a transmission issue is disgusting. Let's just say they didn't damage the plug. That guy still insisted it's a transmission issue. That's completely ridiculous and that persons integrity and capabilities have to seriously be questioned. I cannot believe this is how you people do business. I came by and gave you a chance to make this right and you tried to xxxx me again. I am going to post everywhere possible on social media regarding this issue as well as other media outlets and will be reporting you to Chevy Corporate, the FTC and BBB. This kind of behavior can not be tolerated and hope your actions will result in some taking their hard earned money elsewhere. I just hope you can realize what pieces of xxxx you have over there because I sure am going to sing from the xxxxing hills so this doesn't happen to other people from my community. xxxx YOU! More

The first day I left and the jeep was making noise they said it was my rotor which it ended up being the axel shaft was bent. So I needed to return it for that to be fixed. I was in an accident where the jeep went up on two wheels and slammed back down and needed the vehicle to be fully checked out they only checked the driver side since that was the side that was hit. I told them that I heard like a very light squealing noise but they said it may have been the rotor I believe it something else because I didn’t have that issue before the accident. However customer service was great. More
