My car was scheduled to have a recalled part replaced. I received two emails confirming the appointment and originally scheduled it over the phone with a person that assured me the part could be completed I received two emails confirming the appointment and originally scheduled it over the phone with a person that assured me the part could be completed on the day scheduled. When I brought my car in to have the part put in, we were told the appointment had been canceled because that particular installer was not available.
