I got ripped off I bring my car in because the check engine light was coming on. I get a phone call the next day and Tony tells me that there are a few things wrong wi I bring my car in because the check engine light was coming on. I get a phone call the next day and Tony tells me that there are a few things wrong with it. He says that the opti spark and the wires need to be replaced first and then they can see if the oxygen sensor needs to be replaced. I stopped by to see what was going on. Tony says let’s go over and find out. The technician was out test driving the car. He comes back and gets out of the car and says the check engine light was still on and he wasn’t going any further. So he did the gravy work that needed to be done to see if the oxygen sensor was bad and now he can’t check it out. So $1500 dollars later my car is exactly like it was when I brought it in. I don’t like being ripped off and that’s what happened. You should also teach your technicians how to talk in front of customers. More
Service preformed on our truck Was met by Rick Hicks, he went got truck we wanted to see. Looked it over, bought it. Never any problem, all Was well. Drove truck home went to davenport Fl . 100 mile trip one way returning home code light comes on. Called Monday a/m Shannon Smit our service writer sets a appointment then , waited few hours, cleared and checked the truck all over. Left then code light back on, Shannon set me up with a truck, couple weeks later , take your truck back drive mine home , just a matter of miles code light again, Shannon set me up with same truck I had before,that was cool. Another couple weeks picked mine up on 3/28/2019. All seems good , I feel fine with it. Your service writer Shannon has been a pleasure to deal with all this through out. A great Dealership to have on our side. Shannon needs to be recognized for her professional care to customers. More

First New Car in 16 years I made 2 visits to Ferman Chevrolet. On the first visit, I got there about 1/2 hour before closing. Even so, I was met by a sales rep, Mr. Bogi Enkh, I made 2 visits to Ferman Chevrolet. On the first visit, I got there about 1/2 hour before closing. Even so, I was met by a sales rep, Mr. Bogi Enkh, who listened to my needs in a vehicle and showed me a car he felt would be right for me. Now, understand that this was the fourth dealership I had visited that day, so at this point I'm getting a bit tired. The car he showed me was wonderful, a 2017 Cruze Premier, no miles on it, all the bells and whistles. I could have afforded it, but my budget would have been tight. I told him I would be back the next day to either purchase that car or look at something else. When I returned the next day, I explained that the 2017 Cruze was basically too much car for me and my needs. He had given me the brochure on the Cruze, so I was able to tell him that all I really needed was the L type sedan. Apparently, that very basic level of car is usually only sold as a fleet vehicle; however, he did have an LS sedan on the lot, and we took it for a test drive. I have to admit that within maybe 5 minutes of driving it, I knew that that was the car for me. Mr. Enkh also helped me get the best financing by getting me the best person at the dealership for the job. I have my new car for a bit over a week now, and so far I am enjoying it a lot. I would most definitely recommend a Chevy Cruze, and I would absolutely recommend Mr. Enkh to any of my friends and co-workers looking for a car. More
