Finally took care of my tire issue after third trip. Service tech very concern and took the time to find it. All others just wanted to add air and send me on my way. Service tech very concern and took the time to find it. All others just wanted to add air and send me on my way. More

Last week I brought 2 after market keys down to be programmed. The service dept guy told me it would be no problem and they programmed what I thought was both keys as I had ask. One key worked fine bu programmed. The service dept guy told me it would be no problem and they programmed what I thought was both keys as I had ask. One key worked fine but I didn't test the 2nd one. This past Thursday I decided to try the 2nd key and it wasn't working. I stopped in and explained to the same service dept guy the 2nd key wasn't working but the other was fine. They took both keys and my truck for an hour and a half. The service tech came out and said the was a problem with the 2nd key since it was after market and couldn't program it. I figured, ok so at least I have one working key and went home. Upon arriving home I went to lock my truck with the key I knew worked and nothing happened. They un-programmed my only working key fob. I called them and they said to bring it back in. When I got there they took the key and my truck again but for 15 minutes. The same service tech as before tells me there must be something wrong with it since it's an after market key. I told him that key was working and I wanted working just like when I gave it to him two hours prior. He was less than responsive to my request and I was getting aggravated. The parts and service director came out and told me I needed to calm down. I explained what happened and wanted my key fob restored to the way it was when I gave it to them. He told me "we don't program after market keys". I showed him the receipt that they did it last week. He said "well they weren't supposed to do it". I said you need to fix my key fob but he continued to refuse to do it and repeated over and over we don't program after market keys. His smug attitude and rudeness made me angry. I told him I wanted a refund for the key fob I paid for a week ago since he flat out refused to try to rectify this problem. I eventually got my money back and left. Their service dept is horrible and the service director needs extensive training in customer service relations. I will never bring my truck there for service and I will tell everyone I know personally and on social media to steer clear of that place More

There was no clear path but rather grass, dirt and gravel. It was inconvenient and didn't take into account customers who may have ambulatory issues. We were at the company approximately four hours. This seems like an inordinate amount of time to purchase a vehicle. Especially considering that we had few questions, took only one test drive, immediately selected the vehicle we wanted, agreed to the company's first offer of both the vehicle's price and our trade-in value, and we didn't require financing. Four hours to write a check seems excessive. Issues related to our sales person: The salesperson didn't inquire about our payment method; he just assumed we would require financing. The salesman walked away multiple times as we tried to ask questions such as the price of a vehicle or whether the vehicles were unlocked so that we could look inside. The salesman seemed irritated that we inquired about the price of vehicles and directed us to look up the internet prices. When he finally went back to the office to look up the price of two vehicles for us, he returned with only one price because he said the other vehicle 'was more expensive'. His snap judgement about our finances was insulting and hurtful. While completing the paperwork, he referred to me as my husband's secretary. While my husband corrected him, he didn't acknowledge his error. He made an offhand comment about no longer watching football as he’s irritated that the players were kneeling. It was at this point that I fervently wished we could’ve chosen a different salesman to receive the commission from our sale. Social ignorance and blatant racism shouldn’t be rewarded. More
