Easiest Car Purchase Ever This was the easiest purchase process I’ve ever gone through. Found the vehicle on the internet. Called and setup an appointment to see it. Vehicle was sitting in front of the used car building when we arrived. Inspected the vehicle and took it for a test drive. Came back to the dealership and negotiated the price. Salesman went to his manager and came back shortly with a copy of the contract. We then went to the finance department got the final price so we could get the check from the bank. Car was cleaned and prepped and we drove home. All told, the transaction took about 2.5 hours. Could not be happier. More

They do not honor appointment times! I scheduled an appointment for 9:30 am. I was told that it would take about 20 minutes for the recall service, but to allow 90 minutes. Was great until wait for financing I worked well with Mike he had the two vehicles pulled for me to look at when i got there. I am fully disabled and i didn't want to be there all day. Took test drive ran credit all was good until they didn't want to give me enough for my trade in or a spare tire I requested. Never met that person, who decided that but i still think I should have gotten the spare tire. Especially after i went to finance with a excellent credit score and they wanted to give me crappy intrest rate and buy extra packages i didn't need. Once i got home I realized I got a decent intrest rate but somehow got a package of crap costing another 1500 dollars i didn't need. Not happy about that and after waiting for hours to talk to financial professionals i was very irritable. More
