Finally Good Service I bring my vehicle to this dealership because it's conveniently close to work. With exception of my last visit, every time I would dropped my vehicle I bring my vehicle to this dealership because it's conveniently close to work. With exception of my last visit, every time I would dropped my vehicle off for service, I would not receive a call telling me my car was ready for pickup. It was like pulling teeth to findout if my car was ready before getting off work at 4:00pm. A couple times I literally had to just get dropped off up there in hopes that it was ready. Very, very frustrating! On my last visit I dropped my car off at 7:30am and Becky sent me a text at 10:30am to tell me my car was ready. WOW! The repairs they've made on my vehicle have always been top notch. They've always diagnosed and repaired my vehicle properly the first time. I've never had to return because something wasn't repaired correctly. For that reason I give them an overall rating of 5 Stars. More

Service Woke up to a flat tire so I filled it up and rushed to ferman to see if they could help me.
