Wanted oil change and new windshield wipers I went to the service department for an oil change and to have new wipers for the windshield. My tires need to be rotated. I agreed to the $19.95 charge. When my car was finished they told me the wipers were fine and didn't need to be changed. It took 2 hours and I just wanted to get home as I had a sinus infection. So I will go elsewhere for the wipers. BTW, Steve didn't check me in. He was in the shop. More

Service Above & Beyond our Expectations !!! Ongoing "ENGINE LIGHT ON" for last 2 months on our 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan with more than 125K miles on it. First had a cam sensor replaced by anothe Ongoing "ENGINE LIGHT ON" for last 2 months on our 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan with more than 125K miles on it. First had a cam sensor replaced by another garage. After a few weeks light came on again and garage suggested take to Ferman as they didn't feel confident trying to find problem. So first time at Ferman with our personal service rep Jamie had them do a FREE 27 pt. inspection and determined the local garage had neglected to re-set something. Light now out and on our way. Several weeks later, light on again. Got a quick appointment, Jamie very responsive and brought it in again. Light had gone out by this time so nothing done after another 27 pt. check. Another couple of weeks and now wouldn't start right off. After another try it started but rough sounding. We loaded our recumbents into our van and took it over to Jamie again. This was on a Thursday. We couldn't get an appointment until Monday so left it there and biked the 8 miles home. He called on Monday and said they found the problem and gave us a very reasonable estimate. We told him to go ahead. He said might take at least a week. We managed without our vehicle for 5 days after which we had some appointments so Jamie set up a free loaner for me. I biked over and drove home. The following Tuesday he called to come pick up our van. Much to our surprise the final bill was $600 less. A further bonus is it comes with 2 years full warranty/unlimited mileage. This is very important to us since we are Ontario Snowbirds and good to know our local Dodge dealer will honour this repair if needed. Overall can't give enough stars to both Jamie, the repair staff and the overall dealership. I would recommend bringing in my vehicle for any service work. Thanks again to Jamie and everyone who treated us royally. More
