We found the truck we wanted, at Ferman in Clearwater, FL. They pulled it and put a sold sticker on it for us to come see it in 2 days. It was exactly what we wanted. The absolute worst service I have ever received, hands down. My 2018 vehicle needed a new engine, and then new transmission, all within a 6 month period. The communication from your dealership was AWFUL. down. My 2018 vehicle needed a new engine, and then new transmission, all within a 6 month period. The communication from your dealership was AWFUL. I had to call to get updates on my vehicle, and unless I called, no one ever contacted me. The service I received, combined with the less than quality product Ford produces actually prompted me to sell my Ford, and purchase a Lexus. I will never again buy a Ford product, and have told everyone I know with a Ford to seek service elsewhere if they continue to want to drive a Ford. More

Service was quick and professional. Team members were knowledgeable, yet were unfamiliar with the extended warranty coverage but team leader quickly called warranty company for service payment.
