Excellent, Ferman staff prevailed. Two weeks prior to my service at Ferman, I had a complete brake job done at DIFFERENT authorized Ford dealer near my home, several hundred miles away from Ferman Ford. The dealership which did the original brake job couldn't get it right even after I returned it 3 times; third return by tow truck because rear brake had locked up. Started on my Christmas travel, and about 600 miles from home, started hearing the dreaded brake noise AGAIN (sigh). Luckily, I was not that far from Ferman Ford, which had been recommended by close friends. Dave, and the techs at Ferman were able to diagnose the problem and repair it. I have now finished the 700 mile return trip home. Very reasonable repair charges! No loud, scay noises! No locked up brakes! Thanks, guys! I rate you 100%! More
