We just received a recall on the backup camera. We went in to get it taken care of and to our surprise they have to order the parts they need. When we made the appointment we stated that it was for the bac in to get it taken care of and to our surprise they have to order the parts they need. When we made the appointment we stated that it was for the backup camera, why wasn't the part there when we came in? A number of months ago when we first came in about the backup camera we also had a problem with the headliner not fitting properly, at that time we were told that a fix was being worked on. This fix will be taken care of when we tack our car back to fix the backup camera. Our original complaint on the camera was months before the recall. The response time is really not what we expected.
