Every time I’ve worked with Cameron I’ve gotten great! Service! Last time I was in I was told it would be several days for service. However the service rep I was working with I believe it was Jeff had told me it would be a day or so before it could be looked at. Which I felt was a bit lazy and lacking care. Otherwise I think the dealership is great! My original sales rep when I bought my car in 2017 was awesome!I do not remember his name now but you’ll have it on record. More

Decent price but poor follow-through after sale I was initially pleased with my lease of a 2020 Explorer, but unfortunately things deteriorated after the sale. It has now been over 3 weeks and I sti I was initially pleased with my lease of a 2020 Explorer, but unfortunately things deteriorated after the sale. It has now been over 3 weeks and I still have not received the check promised from the dealership for the overage of my trade-in vehicle allowance over the payoff amount. After waiting a week to put a check in the mail to my previous lender, they sent it to the wrong address... and no one bothered to follow up on it before I took it upon myself to track it. I have even had to make another payment on that vehicle in addition to my new vehicle payment. It's most unfortunate that what started out as a positive experience has deteriorated into a distasteful one due to inadequacies in the back-office management and lack of follow through. I don't believe this is a reflection on my sales person, Jose, BTW. More
I bought my F150 about a year and a half ago. I dealt directly with a sales manager at the time because I was upside down my trade in vehicle. I received top quality attention and service. It added about 6 months to the length of my payment schedule but my payment went down 1 or 2 dollars and I got a truck that worked for me. Since that purchase I've continued to have my service work done at Fermam. Always friendly and knowledgeable staff makes it a pleasure to do business with Ferman Ford of Countryside. More
Originally I went to dealership for an oil change , cabin filter, etc. My 2017 Explorer was a lease vehicle scheduled to turn in May 1 in Mi. I planned to extend lease. Mina) I decided to turn in the 2017 and lease a 2020 Explorer. Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful in expediting the lease and handling necessary contacts with Mi.
