Brought 2020 vehicle for oil change technician overfilled Brought for first oil change my 2020 Ford Escape. Smoke filled my cabin, was coming from exhaust and hood. Had to wait 2 hours by side of the road for Brought for first oil change my 2020 Ford Escape. Smoke filled my cabin, was coming from exhaust and hood. Had to wait 2 hours by side of the road for help from dealership. Could not get in touch with anyone at Ford, everyone was busy. Tow company through Ford Pass was rude and could not pick me up for 3 hours. I was told the technician overfilled oil but everything would be fine. Next day, engine light on and they have to tow vehicle again. I have been in a loaner for 2 weeks while they wait for parts because they messed up the catalytic converter due to overfilling with oil. They have not stopped my car payments, of course. I would never purchase nor service my vehicle at this dealership and I have been a customer for over 10 years. I have files a claim for a new vehicle and I am waiting on a response from Ford Corporate. The service manager has not bothered to call me with even an apology. Poor service More
