After a three day fiasco with my new Ford Ranger, I was very relieved to finally be in my new truck! The Sales department and managers went above and beyond to get me in my truck, and even went two hours a very relieved to finally be in my new truck! The Sales department and managers went above and beyond to get me in my truck, and even went two hours away to bring me a new truck when the one that I bought had a bad part. They where great in making sure I was taken care of before I left and that the truck was completely clean, gassed up, and ready to go, including my specialty lisence plate and cover! I am very happy with the effort that the front team put in making sure I was satisfied, and thankful for the loaner vehicle they put me in while figuring out what was going on with my truck.
