I coordinated my personal and professional schedule around this service, therefore after the vehicle was with Ferman for 1 day, I got a call to pick it up as it only needed an updated. As I was out out town (part of my personal and professional coordination), I get someone to pick up the vehicle and when I return the check engine light is still on and the vehicle has the same issues and no repairs have been completed. Bottom line, I’m out of the diagnostic fees, time and coordination from my end all because your service techs are acting as salesman and not taking care of customers. I’m highly disappointed with Ferman Ford and it’s service. More

Saved from a bad deal Obtained an Edge ST from a dealer in the Atlanta area. Took it to Furman to correct some warranty issues. Furman discovered that the vehicle had been Obtained an Edge ST from a dealer in the Atlanta area. Took it to Furman to correct some warranty issues. Furman discovered that the vehicle had been in an accident, not reported to Carfax. I wrote a letter to the FMC and the next day the GM called me and the deal was reversed. Thanks Ferman, you saved me from a bad deal. More
