Love the convenience of the pick-up for service. They even gave me a loaner car. Upon inspection on the return, they forgot to include the rear passenger tow cover, but they are sending me a replacement even gave me a loaner car. Chellcey was great. She put together a great deal and is very knowledgeable with the product. I did not work with Bob directly but reached out to him prior to connecting with Chellcey. He could not be b very knowledgeable with the product. I did not work with Bob directly but reached out to him prior to connecting with Chellcey. He could not be bothered to return my call in a timely manner and when he finally did I had forgotten I reached out to him. Durning the conversation he was so RUDE I almost didn’t do business with the dealership. This employee did not smile or even acknowledge our presence while we were at dealership working on the paperwork. I would tell everyone to steer clear of this guy. More
