"Maserati Scam"

Stay away from this place! In all my years of dealing with dealerships, I have never had a worse experience than with these guys. My car had a leak with 7,000 miles. I purchased it from Maserati America and it had never had an oil change. As soon as I received the car, I documented it by video. My cars oil was at perfect level when I brought it there, they denied the leak claim under warranty because they said the oil level was too high!! They purposely added oil to my car! This is criminal! I will file reports EVERYWHERE possible to make sure my voice is heard. Maserati America denied the claim and is taking their side. Shows the type of company they are. Maserati NEVER AGAIN!

While we are certainly sorry that you feel that way. You are not being fully forthright with the facts. You purchased the car at auction not from Maserati North America. Cars purchased at auction are purchased “As-is” and with no known condition or history of service. This particular car is a former Enterprise rental car. The car was then brought to an unauthorized repair shop and without proper training they overfilled the oil. It was not leaking. It was improperly serviced and overflowing with excess oil. This issue is somewhat common when the technician has no experience with these high tech motors. It is not not covered by warranty as it was improper use, not a failed part which would have been covered. Finally, the coverage was declined by MASERATI not the dealership as all warranties come from the manufacturer. Just to be clear the dealership has no incentive to overfill the oil as any repair that is covered by a warranty is paid in full to the dealership. We did not sabotage your car. It was leaking the overfilled oil when you brought it in due to an improper repair which is why you brought it to us in the first place. Maserati North America properly denied the claim. I am sorry that you are unhappy that your car required a repair. But we serviced you well. We still appreciate your business and we remain here willing to help you at any time. For the tech savvy owners out there, the over filling of oil occurs because when the motor is off. The oil level actually drops down. If you check the level it will appear low while it is not in fact low. The proper way to check the oil is after it has been running at which point oil is pumped up to the correct level. If you fill it after checking the level improperly you actually overfill the oil and the result is the problem that occurred here. All of our technicians are factory trained and certified and learn the proper process during their training. This is just one example of why you must use well trained technicians to service your high performance Maserati even for something as simple as an oil change.

I bought a new car! paid over 150K and my experience with this dealer was really bad. Starting with MR COTERA with a fake attitude, bought a new vehicle and first thing around the corner; the signal lights were not working properly. year later the leather and plastic inside the vehicle were melting; every component inside turn in to a sticky melting interior (google it) to the lies of the Peruvian Mechanic that every time you bring the car for a tune up; you will find something damage by them.I was force to picture and film every corner of vehicle, because they are fast to make you paid for their damages, one time they did broke one frontal headlight washer cover; and after turning the car in for a general clean up of the sticky melting down interior, the volume button and other components were not working properly. Be aware of the tires also, you Stay alert !!

Brought in my Ferrari California for service and was told by the service department the dealership didn't have any loner for me during the service. As I was outside waiting for my uber HANK CARPENTER just came out to ask if he could help me. I explained I would be in trouble for 3 days without my ´little pony´.....in 5 minutes Hank and the new manager RICK FELDMANN arranged a Maserati for me. Im super grateful for the customer service Hank provided. Will always recommend Hank to everyone, everywhere !!!

"Always an issue trying to get my car serviced."

I prepaid for my services which comes with a loaner car. However every time I try and schedule my appointment for service they tell me there are no cars available to loan and they have to reschedule my service until a car is available.
