very disappointing Went for an oil change and got my car back with a scratch on the front bumper. Marcus was very, very kind and helpful, however the person who was taking my car to the shop decided to take it for a fun ride not knowing that through the syncupdrive I am getting reports about the driving - RPMs, rapid accelerations, ect., then he decided to unplug the device and continued the fun ride. When I called expressing my concern, Marcus was very respectful and understanding and called the shop immediately to plug the syncupdrive back in. Then my car went back to 5Star Ford and it was repaired there the same day, however the paint job was below mediocre with multiple dust particles an primer left on the other panels of the bumper. Ric was very helpful cleaning it up but the overall experience was very disappointing. More

One important note on this dealer, Sam Pack Ford does not have add ons included before you buy. You can pick and choose what you want and not get slammed with something you do not. Quick, Honest & Easy After 11 years of purchasing from another Ford store outside of the D/FW metroplex, that relationship ended so I needed a new Ford dealership to purch After 11 years of purchasing from another Ford store outside of the D/FW metroplex, that relationship ended so I needed a new Ford dealership to purchase from as I purchase vehicles yearly. I made one phone call to 5 Star Ford NRH and asked to speak to the General Sales Manager. I was greeted by Jeff Crabtree over the phone and I began to tell him my history of how I like to purchase new Ford's every year and how my relationship with another Ford dealership had abruptly ended. Jeff was very sincere and LISTENED to my wants and requests. He met every one of them making this in all reality, the easiest purchase of a new vehicle I have ever had. My salesman, John Hilsinger, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and had all my paperwork printed and ready prior to my arrival to the dealership to take delivery of my wife's new 2020 Ford Explorer ST. David Welch, finance manager, was extremely helpful in explaining all financing options and was very friendly. I cannot begin to tell you how easy this purchase was. I have now ordered a new 2020 Ford F-250 Platinum from 5 Star Ford NRH and expect it to arrive next month and will be returning to purchase this vehicle in the near future. Thank you all! Crystal and John were awesome We had been considering buying 2 new vehicles. We had bought from Crystal and John in the past so we worked with them again to get several of the veh We had been considering buying 2 new vehicles. We had bought from Crystal and John in the past so we worked with them again to get several of the vehicles we were considering set aside for us to review. We ended up trading in a Fusion and a Fiesta then buying a new Fusion and a Ranger. As you can imagine this required a lot of coordination and they made it all happen. We are now enjoying both vehicles and all is good. Thanks again to Crystal and John for all their hard work!!! More
