There was an undiscovered issue with the fan assembly, which when we brought to their attention was promptly dealt with. He even arranged for us to have a loaner vehicle while they worked on our car at the other dealership! The competitor didn't have a loaner vehicle that accommodated our family size (we have 4 kids 10 &, under), so John actually went the extra mile and took care of us with their office. I'll never purchase from another salesman as long as he's there. This is our 3rd car from him. More

Wonderful Buying Experience A friend of mine who had recently purchased an F-150 hooked me up with Five Star Ford in NRH when I told him I wanted a new truck. Crystal Sanders and A friend of mine who had recently purchased an F-150 hooked me up with Five Star Ford in NRH when I told him I wanted a new truck. Crystal Sanders and John Little could not have been of more help, finding exactly what I was looking for (and more!), and showing patience when I wanted to think about the truck overnight and asked to take a second look in order to help finalize my decision. Once it was time to pay, the process was smooth and fast with Bubba Smith as there was no hard sell regarding available options like extended warranty, etc. (he only suggested them). As far as make-ready goes, the interior of the truck was not as clean as I would have expected. There was dust on the dashboard and across the control panel, and a substance was used to shine the dash that became sticky when the sun heated it. However, the carpet, mats, and windows looked really nice, and the exterior was clean. That notwithstanding, I would definitely buy from them again. They are a first-class dealership! More
