I went in, looked at the truck, visited Marisa for about 30 minutes, then called her later on to tell her I would take it. Above and beyond Jim Fairweather from 5 Star Ford went above and beyond to help get me into a vehicle. Vehicle 1 lost a cylinder after 8 days and less than 500 miles. They took the car back and took money off another one so it was an even deal. Vehicle 2 the transmission went out inside of 24 hours. The day after that Jim Fairweather started search for a car for me because he knew i needed one and felt horrible that the second one had also broken down.
