John was very focused on getting us taken care of and the best deal possible in the shortest amount of time (something that seems to be lost to almost every other dealership we went to). Out of the 7 or so dealerships I went to, I spent the least amount of time at 5 Star Ford NRH and ended up buying my new 2018 Mustang GT Premium from them. From the sales staff to the manager, everyone was very customer service focused and there was not the typical 3 hour back and forth on price. The entire process from showing up, to picking the car, to getting the paperwork with the financing department took less than 2 hours and I was out the door. Including the car being detailed, filled up and the features all explained to me in great depth by John. 5 Star has even taken care of some issues I have had (not their fault at all) after the sale and have done an excellent job doing so. I cannot speak highly enough of their service and even more specifically our salesman John Birdwell. If you are looking for a great experience, I would highly recommend going to 5 Star Ford NRH.
